Dooley & Vicars, Certified Public Accountants L.L.P. is a full-service public accounting firm located in Richmond, VA. We are licensed to practice in the states of Virginia, North Carolina, and Connecticut, with the ability to practice in most states through CPA Mobility. Our goal is to provide our clients with professional accounting and business services that fit their needs, analyzing and developing strategies and solutions unique to each client based on their situation, business plan, and financial security.

- HUD Multifamily and RD Audits: We conduct audits and tax filings for HUD Multifamily and Rural Development projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide assurance to stakeholders regarding the organization's financial integrity and transparency.
- Payroll Services: We manage payroll processes, including calculating wages, processing payroll taxes, and issuing paychecks or direct deposits to employees.
- LIHTC Audits and Cost Certifications: We conduct audits and cost certifications in accordance with federal guidelines associated with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.
- IRS Representation: We assist clients in communications and negotiations with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), including responding to inquiries, resolving tax disputes, and representing clients in audits or appeals.
