Retha is a seasoned CPA with over 40 years of experience navigating the complicated tax world. She started her career with the IRS and progressed as a partner in several large CPA firms before owning her own tax firm. Retha and her husband relocated to Richmond almost 20 years ago and have loved watching the city grow and flourish. She is an active member of both Rotary Club of Innsbrook and Business Networking International (BNI), and an avid tennis player. Retha loves spending time with her four grandchildren and hopes that one day her daughter Laura will become a CPA just like her.

Client Relations Manager - Laura

Laura is a Client Relations Manager with over 14 years' experience in the marketing and sales world. She attended The Ohio State University majoring in Business and gained experience in the automotive, medical device, and restaurant industries. Through career changes, she moved many times before settling on Richmond to be closer to her family. She loves all that Richmond has to offer families and loves watching the city grow. When she isn't working, Laura is busy raising her four children and making time for the gym. She is a huge fan of the sun and the sand and enjoys any opportunity to go to the beach.

Accounting Manager - Brooke

Brooke is a dedicated Accounting Manager with extensive experience in managing financial records, ledgers, and bookkeeping. She attended the University of Richmond, majoring in Accounting and has been working in the financial industry for over 10 years. Brooke is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals and takes pride in ensuring that every aspect of their finances are in order. She enjoys watching the city of Richmond grow and thrive and loves spending time with her two beautiful children.
