Our Story
Simon Architectural has a rich history that dates back to 1950 when Morris Simon founded M. Simon & Associates, P.A. in New York. In 1974, Morris relocated the business to South Florida, which has since become a staple in the architecture and interior design industry. After working as an architect in New York City, Morris's son, Richard, relocated and joined the family business in 1986, growing the firm's brand portfolio to have a strong presence in the restaurant, hotel, and retail franchise industries globally.
