Greg's ability to understand the complexities of building construction and analyzing clients' needs has led to practical, cost-effective, and award-winning projects.

Our services include Conceptual Feasibility Studies, Master Site Planning, Building Design, Interior Design, and Construction Administration. Our team is responsible for Permit Approvals from both the local City and State Building Departments.

• Gregory B. Molina, President & CEO: Greg is a design professional devoted to the creation of environments with enduring quality and value. He has accumulated thirty years of architecture experience and has consistently shown a commitment to excellence in enriching the built environment.

• Jack Brown, Partner | Designer: Jack is a Fort Lauderdale native that graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Architectural Design from the University of Florida. After graduating Jack worked under Michael A. Shiff's Design build firm in Fort Lauderdale. During his 10 years with the firm he went from Intern to Senior Project Designer and finished his Professional Architecture Degree from Florida Atlantic University.

• Kelton LeBaron, Senior Associate: Kelton is an integral part of our team, providing valuable insights and expertise in various aspects of the design process.
