Our History

Our story began with a dream. Dr. Gregory M. Yuricek, a Warren native and a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School, received a BS in Math and Science Education from Youngstown State University in 2003. While pursuing his degree, he worked in the eyecare industry, earning an Optician's License and ABO (American Board of Opticianry) Certification. After working in the industry for seven years, he continued his education and obtained his doctorate degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, PA in 2010, where he was an optics teaching assistant and received Clinical Excellence awards in both Primary Care and Low Vision Rehabilitation.

Meet the Doctor

Dr. Yuricek is actively involved with the Lion's Club, The Sight For All United, and The Warren Family Mission by helping those in the community who do not have the means to obtain eyecare. He is licensed to practice Optometry by the Ohio State Board of Optometry and has a special interest in Diabetic Eye Care, Ocular Disease, Ocular Emergencies, and Pediatrics.
