Our Team

Stephen M. Schill, our founder and lead architect, has a lifelong passion for architecture that began at a young age. With a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University, Stephen has established himself as a master of his craft. His expertise is complemented by his team, including his wife Nancy, who handles office coordination and financial management, and their daughter Stephanie, a licensed architect who graduated from Miami University and Kent State University.
