Located in Central Florida, Precision Balance provides HVAC Test and Balance services throughout Florida and the Southeast United States. Our Mission is to provide an exceptional professional approach and methodology to the performance of commissioning, testing, and balancing HVAC systems.

We were founded in 1996 by Michael Maloney, who recognized the need to provide a quality, professional test and balance service to the HVAC industry. Our goal is to uphold an exceptional professional approach and methodology, which we believe has enabled us to be superior in the TAB industry. The combination of technical knowledge and experience gives us the ability to perform systems analysis, troubleshooting, and recommend performance enhancements for all types of HVAC systems. We believe that by committing to doing the job right, seeking to increase knowledge through continuing education, and having the ability to tap into our extensive work experience, we will continue to enjoy a reputation for excellence among our customers, vendors, and peers.

Precision Balance is certified to perform TAB services with AABC (Associated Air Balance Council), is a proud member of ABC Central Florida (Associated Builders and Contractors) and ASHRAE. We are confident that our organization can handle your testing, adjusting, and balancing needs in a professional, cost-efficient, and timely manner.

Technical Knowledge and Experience

Our technical knowledge and a lifetime of practical field experience have proven to be one of our most valuable assets. Michael J. Maloney, President, has extensive experience since 1978, working on diverse projects throughout the United States and abroad. Under his leadership, all field technicians, project documents, and test and balance reports are held to the highest standards and maintain a commitment to educating and training personnel in all technical aspects of test and balance techniques.

TAB Services

We are an independent contractor certified by AABC Agency in testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of the air conditioning systems and related ancillary equipment. Precision Balance is committed that all systems shall be balanced in accordance with the plans and specifications and to the optimum performance capabilities of the equipment and design. TAB shall be done in accordance with the standards published by the Associated Air Balance Council.
