• Direct Cremation: Our direct cremation service includes everything associated with direct cremation, including medical examiner fees, at an affordable price of $895. This service is designed to be cost-effective and convenient for families who prefer a simple, direct cremation process.

• Private Family Viewing: For families who wish to have a private viewing before the cremation, we offer this service as an additional option. This allows family members to say their final goodbyes in a private and dignified setting.

• Urns and Keepsakes: We offer a wide selection of quality urns and keepsakes for families to choose from. These items are designed to provide a beautiful and meaningful way to remember and honor your loved one.

• Obituaries: We can assist families in placing an obituary in the Saint Paul Pioneer Press or the Minneapolis Star-Tribune. Our staff will guide you through the process and provide the necessary information and directions.

How It Works

The process of arranging direct cremation services through ecremationmn.com is easy and straightforward. Simply follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: At the time of death, call us directly at 651-237-4804. You will speak directly with one of our staff members, not an answering service.

2. Transfer of Your Loved One: We will make arrangements to bring your loved one into our care. Please note that to keep our cremation service price low, we will make all transfers during 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. If after-hours transfers are needed, an additional charge of $285 will be collected over the phone.

3. Start the Arrangement Process: Click on the "Start Arrangements" tab on our website. On the first page, indicate whether this is a prearrangement or services are needed immediately. Our General Price List and Urn Price List are also part of the first two pages. Simply read through these price lists and check the box that indicates you have read the information, then click the "NEXT" button at the bottom to continue to the next page.

4. Complete the Required Pages: The next four pages must be completed for us to provide our cremation services:

• Agreement to Conduct Transaction via e-signature
• Crematory Authorization Form
• Your Basic Information
• Basic Information on the Deceased

5. Select Professional Services: Continue to click on the "Next" button. Select the professional services you wish us to perform, such as Direct Cremation and/or Private Family Viewing.

6. Order Death Certificates: You will need Certified Death Certificates from the State of Minnesota Registrar. We will order them for you; just let us know how many death certificates you would like us to order when you get to that screen.

7. Select Merchandise: On the Merchandise page, you can select different types of remembrance items such as a cremation urn, memento urn, cremation jewelry, or fingerprint jewelry.

8. Payment Information: This will take you to the payment screen where you will be asked to provide payment information.
