J. Kou Vang, Founder, Owner, and President, has a deep-rooted passion for helping people. With a background in small business lending, commercial banking, and owning several businesses, J. Kou is committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the Hmong community has a funeral home that meets their cultural needs.
Mike Dougherty, Funeral Director, comes from a long line of funeral directors and is an experienced and highly regarded instructor at the University of Minnesota-Program of Mortuary Science. He takes great pride in serving families and creating funeral services that celebrate the legacy of loved ones.
Saksit Vang, Family Services Manager, is the compassionate voice that families hear first on the phone. With a background in psychology and education, Saksit is committed to listening to families' needs, concerns, and wishes and creating funeral services that celebrate their loved one's life.
Npheng Kong, Family Service Coordinator, is the "behind-the-scenes" person who ensures that the funeral is seamless and smooth for the family. She takes great pride in helping families during difficult times.
Blai Vang, Vice President - Facilities Services & Funeral Assistant, is a facilities manager and funeral assistant who provides excellent customer service and compassionate care to families during their time of bereavement.
Yengkong Yang, Funeral Assistant, is new to the funeral industry but brings a background in facilities and maintenance. He is committed to serving the Hmong community and providing caring and compassionate service to families in need.
Nyajleng Vang, Family Care Associate, assists families during funeral services and provides compassionate care and support during their time of need.
