Unprofessional Behavior of Destiny Walter
Lee Tee, a disappointed patient, gave a 1-star rating due to the unprofessional behavior of Destiny Walter, the new PA at Reserve Health uptown Charlotte. Destiny is said to have deliberately messed up Lee's FMLA papers, which led to Lee's initial disapproval. Despite this, Lee eventually got approved, but not before Destiny's lack of professionalism left a bad taste in Lee's mouth. Lee praises Dr. Biondi, a professional and caring doctor, who was a stark contrast to Destiny. Lee also expresses disappointment with Corporate's lack of action when Lee complained about Destiny's behavior.
