Dr. Eliot Sitt, DACM, L.Ac, is a highly trained and passionate practitioner who has been dedicated to introducing people to the ideas of Chinese medicine and helping them heal and feel better. He completed his master's degree in 2014 and his doctoral degree in 2021, both from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, where he is also a part-time faculty member.

Services

At Milwaukie Acupuncture, we offer a variety of services tailored to meet your specific health needs. These include:

• Intake & Chinese Medical Diagnosis: A comprehensive intake process where Dr. Sitt will carefully listen to your health concerns, ask questions, and possibly perform a pulse and tongue diagnosis to come up with a diagnosis of a "pattern of disharmony" in Chinese medical terms.

• Acupuncture: A safe and relaxing therapy that involves the insertion of small needles into specific points on the body to stimulate the body's natural healing processes.

• Tuina Massage: A rhythmic massage that is especially beneficial for muscular tension, stress, and pain. It can be combined with acupuncture or used as a primary treatment.

• Herbal Medicine: Chinese herbs are carefully sourced for quality and safety and can be prescribed in various forms such as raw herbs, granules, or herbal pills and tinctures.

Pricing

We understand that everyone's financial situation is different, which is why we offer both insurance and cash prices for our services. We are also happy to work with you to find a payment plan that fits your budget.

Insurance: If your insurance covers acupuncture, the cost to you depends on the details of your plan. Dr. Sitt is an in-network provider with many major insurance companies, including Regence, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Providence, Cigna, Aetna, & Healthnet.

Cash Prices: Acupuncture: Initial visit (75 minutes) - $130, Follow-up visit (60 minutes) - $90. Tuina massage: 30 minutes - $50, 60 minutes - $100. Combination Acupuncture + Tuina Acupuncture + 30-minute massage (75 minutes): $140. Herbal Consultation (30-45 minutes): $35 + cost of herbs ($15-$40/week).
