The Apartment Association of Fort Wayne-NE Indiana (AAFW-NEI) is a non-profit trade organization that has been serving the multi-family housing industry since 1978. Our mission is to provide education and resources to the community, advocate on behalf of the industry, promote a skilled workforce, and offer networking opportunities for our members. We represent owners, managers, maintenance personnel, leasing consultants, and those who supply goods and services to the home rental industry.
With over 19,000 rental units represented by our membership, we are dedicated to supporting the growth and development of the multi-family housing industry in northeastern Indiana. Our organization is affiliated with the Indiana Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association, ensuring that we stay connected with the latest trends and best practices in the industry.
Our services include providing education and training opportunities for multi-family housing professionals, offering legislative advocacy on behalf of the industry, and promoting networking events to bring our members together. We also maintain lists of members who provide Section 8 or Section 42 Housing, and we regularly publish a newsletter to keep our members informed about the latest news and updates.
