One reviewer, Tessa Pogue, gave the apartments a glowing review. She praised the staff for being "nothing short of fantastic" and willing to help with any maintenance needs or questions. She also mentioned that the gym was great and that the complex seemed friendly.

He reported a reoccurring mold problem that the staff downplayed and seemed unresponsive to his concerns. He also mentioned that dirt came out of the shower crevices every time someone took a shower.
