Our Story
Our owner, Shea Petty, has a personal fitness journey that spans from his childhood involvement in sports to his competitive bodybuilding days. However, after experiencing the benefits of CrossFit, he shifted his focus to helping others achieve their fitness goals through our programs. His passion for fitness is contagious, and he's dedicated to ensuring every member feels supported and motivated on their journey.
