At Hard Core Pilates, we are dedicated to providing a unique and effective Pilates experience. Since our opening in 2005, we have focused on teaching a modern form of traditional Pilates, emphasizing core and spinal health. Our mission is to help individuals achieve their fitness goals while protecting against injury. We achieve this by offering a variety of classes and private sessions using state-of-the-art equipment, including STOTT Pilates machines and small equipment such as balls, bands, and hand weights. Our studio is equipped with a private mat room, bathrooms, and changing areas for added convenience.
