We'll work initially at an hourly rate or on a fixed-fee basis, depending on your project parameters and the level of service required. Before you start your project, you'll receive a detailed proposal outlining the level of service you have requested and the fees associated with that service level.

Unlike many firms that base their fees on a percentage of construction cost, our fees are fixed and will not change if the scope of your project and level of service remain the same. This means you'll have peace of mind knowing exactly how much you'll be paying for our services.
