Our Story
Capital MMA & Elite Fitness is a martial arts academy with a rich history that spans over two decades. Our journey began in 2001 when we first opened our doors at Cora Kelly Magnet School. Over the years, we have grown and expanded to serve the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia communities. Today, we have multiple locations across the region, offering a wide range of programs and services to our members.
