Our team is led by John and Richard Glielmi, who possess over 70 years of combined experience in the construction management and general contracting field. John has a degree from NYU in Construction/Project Management and Business Management, and has been in the construction field for over 30 years. He founded Harley Construction Management Corp. in 1992 and has been successfully leading the company as President. Richard has also been in the construction field for over 30 years, completed coursework in Real Estate Development and Financial Analysis at Harvard University, and joined Harley Construction Management Corp. in the early 1990s as Vice President.

We work closely with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure that all projects meet our clients' expectations.

• Project Planning and Coordination: We coordinate the activities of all critical members of the construction team to develop a comprehensive schedule for the project. We identify and evaluate all materials specified in the design to determine their impact on pricing and scheduling, and suggest alternatives that can promote time and cost savings without compromising quality.

• Quality Control: During construction, we monitor all work to ensure adherence to the schedule and to the Bid Documents. We review all Change Orders to determine their impact on the budget and the schedule, and review subcontract bids to verify completeness of scope of work and to avoid overlap of responsibilities.

• Bonding and Insurance: Harley Construction Management Corp. is currently bonded and insured, providing our clients with the security and peace of mind they need when working with a construction services provider.
