Over the years, Darla has developed a comprehensive approach to fitness training, known as the Motion Empowered (ME) System. This system is designed to enhance the body's natural movement patterns, promoting strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. By focusing on the individual client's unique needs and goals, we work together to create a customized fitness program that addresses their specific challenges and objectives.

As a certified exercise physiologist, Darla has spent years honing her expertise in human movement and exercise science. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Darla has developed a keen understanding of what it takes to achieve results. Her extensive education and credentials include certifications in personal training, group exercise leadership, medical exercise specialist, and functional aging specialist, among others.
