Our Story

Our founders, Brian Bott, and his team, were frustrated with the traditional big box gym model that prioritizes cheap memberships over member success. They set out to create a change by providing a unique and personalized experience for every member. At Aspire Fitness, every member is a VIP, whether you take group classes, train privately with a coach, or just drop in for a workout with a friend. Our coaches and staff are dedicated to ensuring you receive the highest level of service possible, providing coaching on proper planning, mindset, and nutrition to help you reach your goals.

Our Coaches

Our team of experienced coaches is led by Brian Bott, a certified functional strength coach with a degree in Exercise Physiology from Rutgers University. Brian has a strong background in powerlifting and has co-authored an Amazon best-selling book on fitness. Caity Rosell, our Head Coach, is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with a degree in Exercise Science from Georgian Court University. She has a passion for endurance sports and has worked with various sports teams, including football, baseball, and soccer. Adam Epstein, our General Manager and Coach, brings his expertise in functional movement and conditioning to the team. Our coaches attend four seminars each year and participate in the Perform Better Training Summit to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and methods.
