Since our inception in 1998, we have been committed to helping our clients achieve their fitness goals through customized workout plans and nutritional guidance. Our team of dedicated personal trainers and nutritionist are located in our state-of-the-art facility at 1915 Wantagh Ave, Wantagh, NY 11793.

Who We Are

At 1 To 1 Personal Training, we believe that everyone deserves a personalized approach to fitness. That's why our team is composed of both male and female personal trainers, each with their unique training style and expertise. We have a combined experience of over 50 years in the industry and are dedicated to driving our clients to reach their fitness goals. Our nutritionist is also available on-site to provide guidance on healthy eating habits and meal planning.

Services

Our goal is to shock your body by creating routines that help you tone, build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, lose body fat and burn calories. We offer a variety of services, including:

  • Fat Burning Workout: Our fat burning workout will make your daily activities easier to complete, strengthen your heart, lower your risk for cardiovascular disease, and increase your lung capacity.
  • Strength Training: When you tell us your goals, we'll help you reach them. Our strength training program is tailored to your specific needs and capabilities.
  • Boot Camp: You have your choice of a 30 or 60-minute, as well as group or individual, boot camp workout. Our boot camp program will challenge you and help you see results quickly.
  • Nutrition Counseling: Our nutritionist is available to provide guidance on healthy eating habits and meal planning. We believe that proper nutrition is essential to achieving your fitness goals.

Our Program

The majority of our workouts are 30 minutes long, so you can easily fit one into your schedule. You'll have 2-3 training sessions a week and meet with a nutritionist every other week. In addition, you are free to come to 1 To 1 Personal Training to do cardio whenever you want. We offer flexible packages to suit your needs, including 8-12 sessions a month or 2-3 workouts a week, bi-weekly sessions with our nutritionists, and 1, 3, or 6-month packages.
