Our Story

At Z's Catering, our passion for food is evident in every dish we create. Our Chef/Owner, Matt Zacek, founded a non-profit organization that works with high school students to develop their culinary skills and prepare them for the workforce or post-secondary culinary programs. With a background in sales, Matt decided to share his love of creating great food with the Eastern Iowa Corridor. Z's Catering was established to provide students with real-world experience, and we're dedicated to serving exceptional cuisine that exceeds your expectations.
