Our Story
Our journey began in 1952, when the Godwin family opened their first restaurant on 1st Avenue Southeast. Over the years, the family's dedication to quality, service, and atmosphere led to the expansion of their business, including catering services. In 1983, we received our first major catering request from Rockwell International (now Rockwell Collins) to cater to their employees' monthly events. This marked the beginning of our journey into the world of catering. By 1988, we had established our catering facility in downtown Cedar Rapids, where we remain today.
