Our Team

Scott Lange, PE, CFM serves as the principal engineer for L&R Engineers, bringing over a decade of experience in hydraulic and hydrologic modeling to the team. Scott has a Master of Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville and is a registered Professional Engineer in Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Mississippi. His expertise includes water resources engineering, dam breach analysis, emergency action planning, and scour countermeasure design.

Joshua Revell, PE is the transportation manager for L&R Engineers, with nearly 15 years of experience in transportation projects and project management. Josh holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University and is a registered Professional Engineer in Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee. His expertise includes bridge design, inspection, and management; construction engineering and inspection; and design-build procurement and delivery management.
