Unprofessionalism and Unreliability

Lack of Accountability
Author Jeremiah Worthy recounted his experience with Baker Bryant, who failed to survey the 2.21 acres as agreed upon. When Jeremiah questioned the lack of progress, Baker denied any knowledge of canceling the job and became confrontational, cursing, and threatening to put a lien on the property.
Threats and Intimidation
Both reviewers reported that Engineering Service used threatening tactics, including threats of liens, to get compensated. This behavior screams unprofessionalism and a lack of respect for customers.
