At Mark Henry Counseling, we believe that everyone has a unique thread within themselves that guides them towards a soulful and heart-led life. Our mission is to help individuals connect with and trust their deep self, leading to a life of wholeness, embodied aliveness, and engagement. We offer a range of services including individual and group therapy, as well as psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.

Services

We provide individual and group therapy sessions, which focus on creating a safe and supportive community for healing. Our groups offer a deep sense of belonging and support, which is often missing in our lives. Additionally, we offer psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, including Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). This service includes preparing for the journey, safety and guidance during the journey, and follow-up integration of the psychedelic experience.

About Mark Henry

I feel privileged to be a witness and a supportive presence with my clients, helping them connect, trust, and listen to their deep self. My hope is that they find the thread of wisdom and vitality within themselves, leading to a soulful and heart-led life. I have extensive training in various modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), sex therapy, and psychedelic-assisted therapy.
