Where imagination and fun come together!

At my practice, I'm committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals, couples, and families to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. With over 15 years of professional experience, I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, from busy professionals to parents and individuals from all walks of life.

Our Services

I offer a variety of services designed to help you achieve your goals and overcome challenges. These include:

  • Individual Therapy: A collaborative, warm, and engaged approach that helps you uncover your strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop strategies for lasting change.
  • Couples Therapy: A relational approach that focuses on building empathy, understanding, and intimacy, helping couples strengthen their bond and work through challenges together.
  • Specializations: I also specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and perinatal issues, using mindfulness and body-based approaches to promote healing and resilience.

About My Background

Before starting my private practice, I provided parent-coaching and adult psychotherapy at Psyched in San Francisco, a group practice where I still work remotely. Prior to this, I provided home visits at Through the Looking Glass, where I received extensive training in parent-infant psychology, family systems, crisis intervention, and disability psychology. I also trained at the Pierce Street Integral Counseling Center, participating in intensive training in relational psychotherapy.

Training and Education

I hold a master's degree in counseling psychology from the California Institute for Integral Studies (2011) and have completed numerous trainings and certifications in various areas, including Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, EMDR, and Neuroscience of Mindfulness & Love.

What to Expect

In our therapy sessions, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach. We'll work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, using evidence-based techniques to promote lasting change. My goal is to empower you to tap into your own resilience, develop new skills, and cultivate greater awareness and understanding of yourself and your relationships.
