AEPAC has a strong background in design and engineering, with experience as the Designer of Record for Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build projects. Our past projects include airport design, historic structures, and facilities upgrades. We are also skilled in delivering MILCON project documentation, including functional analysis, concept development, and design charrettes, as well as final design construction documents, technical surveys, and post-construction award services.

Our civil engineering division is equipped with key personnel who are experienced civil engineers with over twenty years of experience working in Honolulu. This division allows us to expand our capabilities and provide comprehensive project planning. We offer services such as site and installation utility design, hydraulic analysis, storm water collection system design, site development, earthwork, grading, and drainage, as well as roadway design and traffic engineering.

Additionally, we offer expertise in cybersecurity design for buildings. This includes designing for sufficient cooling, power consumption, communication channels, waterproofing, physical security, firefighting, ventilation, and climate control. We also provide solutions for onsite and offsite backups, resilience, and redundancy.
