With over 15 years of experience, our founder, Marc Oliver, CPT, has helped hundreds of people transform their lives and improve their overall health.
About Marc Oliver, CPT
Marc Oliver, CPT, is a seasoned personal trainer with a BS in Biology and over 10 years of experience as a NASM-certified personal trainer. Marc has also earned a Crossfit level 1 certification and has a background in martial arts. He has a passion for mountain climbing and has summited various challenging mountains, including Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa and Mt. Elbert in Colorado. Marc's extensive knowledge and experience enable him to create effective and personalized workout and diet programs that deliver results.

- 1 on 1 Training: Our one-on-one training sessions are designed to provide our clients with personalized attention and guidance. We work closely with our clients to understand their fitness goals and develop a workout program that is both effective and enjoyable.
- Strength & Functional Training: Our strength and functional training programs are designed to improve our clients' overall strength, endurance, and mobility. We use a variety of exercises and equipment to challenge our clients and help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Small Group Fun, Intense Group Workouts: Our small group workouts are a great way to enjoy the benefits of personal training in a fun and social environment. Our group workouts are designed to be challenging, effective, and enjoyable.
- Personalized Diet Programs: Our diet programs are designed to be simple, effective, and sustainable. We work closely with our clients to understand their dietary preferences and develop a program that uses their favorite foods. Our diet programs require no tracking of calories and are focused on mindful eating and portion control.
