Our Chef

Our restaurant is led by Chef Richard, a native of Goa, India, who now calls central Indiana his home. Chef Richard brings over a decade of cooking experience, having worked in local Indian restaurants, running Curry2Goa catering and marinades, and raising a family of four children. With a passion for introducing Goan flavors to the world, he created India Bistro to offer a unique culinary experience that combines Portuguese and Indian flavors.

From classic dishes like Butter Chicken and Palak Paneer to unique Goan specialties like Prawn Balchao and Chicken Xacuti, our menu offers something for everyone. We also offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, ensuring that everyone can enjoy our delicious food.

Our Services

Our dine-in service offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, while our carry-out service allows you to enjoy our delicious food from the comfort of your own home. Our catering service is perfect for events and parties, offering a range of dishes that can be customized to suit your needs.

We also offer an easy-to-use online ordering system for pickup or delivery through DoorDash. When you order online, you'll receive a free soda as a thank you for choosing India Bistro. Our Facebook feed is updated regularly with news and specials, so be sure to check it out.

Our Location
