Wagner Accounting & Tax Service, Inc. is a full-service accounting firm that has been serving the greater Dubuque area since 1973. Founded by David Wagner, this family-owned business initially operated on the corner of University and Irving streets in Dubuque, Iowa. In 1985, the firm moved to its current location on Century Drive in Dubuque, and in 1987, it expanded to a second office in Maquoketa, Iowa.

In 2019, Wagner Accounting & Tax Service, Inc. acquired One Stop Tax & Accounting Service, a Dubuque-based accounting firm founded by Delbert Winner in 1969 and operated by Sharon Winner for many years. The addition of the One Stop team to the firm's existing offices in Dubuque and Maquoketa has further strengthened the firm's position as one of the leading accounting firms in the area.
