Welcome to Southwest Accounting, Inc., a firm that has been serving clients in Lancaster, Wisconsin, and beyond for over three decades. Our story began in 1986 when Tom Gildersleeve started working for the law firm of Kinney, Urban, Schrader, Bromley & Kussmaul. In 1987, Tom purchased the tax practice of the law firm, which became the foundation of Southwest Accounting, Inc. The company has since grown and evolved under the leadership of Tom and his partner, Steve Schneider.
