Our team is led by our founder and owner, Craig Ross, a certified class "A" general contractor with a background in architecture. Currently serving as the chairman of the City of Tampa's Architectural Review Commission, Craig has deep roots in the community and building industry. Over the years, he has designed, developed, and built nearly $250 million worth of properties across the Bay area, including luxury townhouses, in-fill developments, commercial town centers, stunning homes along Bayshore Boulevard, and hundreds of beautiful custom homes throughout Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.

Craig Ross, our founder and owner, is a native of the Tampa Bay area and a certified class "A" general contractor with a background in architecture. With over 30 years of experience in the building industry, Craig has earned recognition as a leader and premier developer of award-winning homes, communities, and innovative living concepts. He has been commended by the Urban Land Institute for a model case study in the publication "Successful In-fill Development Nationwide" and has received many distinguished awards, including several coveted Aurora Awards.
