Founded by Nathan and Trish Dixon in 1994, the company has built its reputation on a solid foundation of word-of-mouth referrals and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Our Building Process

Nathan's dedication extends to client involvement. He actively participates in weekly client/architect job site meetings, keeps clients informed with daily reports from the superintendent, and conducts weekly staff meetings where progress is reviewed and objectives for upcoming weeks and months are established. This commitment to transparency and proactive communication ensures that clients are always in the loop, well-informed about every stage of the project, and empowered to make confident decisions.

We believe in providing ample lead time for crucial decisions, eliminating any potential delays caused by selections still pending. Our support doesn't end after the final touches are completed. We maintain contact after you move into your new home, ensuring your satisfaction and addressing any concerns that may arise.
