Our History and Vision

UPholdings emerged from the merger of two respected organizations: UP Development, a real estate development company, and UPA, a property management company. This union in 2010 formed a unified company with a broader vision for affordable housing. Our founders, Cullen J. Davis and Jessica Hoff Berzac, built UPholdings on a foundation of values that prioritize community engagement, resident empowerment, and sustainability.
