With a strong background in health and fitness, Emily has developed a unique approach to fitness that combines strength training, cardio, flexibility, and high-intensity interval training to help individuals maximize their fitness results.
The Journey to Becoming a Trainer
Emily's own journey to becoming a trainer was not an easy one. She faced her own struggles with weight gain and depression during pregnancy, which led her to seek help from a personal trainer. Through her own transformation, Emily realized the impact that a healthy lifestyle had on her mental and physical well-being. She found a new sense of purpose and motivation, which ultimately led her to become a trainer herself.

At-Home Workouts/Virtual Training
Our at-home workouts and virtual training focuses on specialized and simulated exercises specific to you and your home. We ensure that you have the necessary equipment and techniques to optimize your workout and reduce the risk of injury.
Interval Training/H.I.I.T.H.I.I.T. is great for people who are interested in fast weight loss, gaining muscle, and increasing strength overall. H.I.I.T. has been proven to be much more effective than normal cardio because of the high intensity, allowing you to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while boosting your metabolism and torching body fat.
Nutrition
We create custom meal plans for each client, helping them set daily nutrient-dense and calorie goals, while learning intuitive eating habits to help with long-term goals and maximal health. We also inform on which foods to avoid and provide shopping lists and healthy, easy-to-make recipes for the whole family.
Training Options
We offer a variety of training options to fit your needs:
- Private Sessions: Work one-on-one with your trainer for 45-minute sessions, available in-home, on-site, or in outdoor COVID-friendly sessions.
- Semi-Private Sessions: Train with 2-3 clients together for 45-minute sessions, with a focus on full-body workouts, strength, HIIT, and ab stations.
- Group Classes: Join a group class tailored to your goals, whether you want to tone muscles, improve flexibility, or build endurance.
Virtual Coaching
Our virtual coaching program is designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals from the comfort of your own home. We develop a custom program based on your goals and available home gym equipment. We provide video tutorial links to guide you through each exercise and track your progress. We review your results and make adjustments as needed, ensuring you continuously make progress.
