Our Renovation

In 2019, the Ducote Family purchased a blighted property near downtown Broussard. Through hard work and dedication, we transformed this property from an 1100 sq ft floorplan into our 1712 sq ft home and office. Our renovation not only demonstrates our commitment to sustainable and responsible building practices, but also serves as a testament to our creativity and attention to detail. We are proud to have created a space that is not only beautiful and functional, but also reflective of our values and vision.
