Whether you're a student athlete training to take your performance to the next level, or an individual looking to improve your overall fitness and well-being, our programs are designed to provide a strong foundation for optimal performance.
Family
At Teamwork, we believe that family is an important part of our community. We have a large and vibrant community of student athletes, ranging from middle schoolers to seniors in high school, who are training to take their performance to the next level. Our kid-safe training programs promote overall wellness, scholastic achievements, and respect for parents and adults.
Flow
We believe that achieving a state of flow is important for optimal performance. Flow is a mental state operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. We believe that achieving flow is important for both mental and physical well-being.

Our team of mentors is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. Our team includes Rod Root, a certified personal trainer and coach with over 10 years of experience in athletic performance and personal fitness.
