Meet Our Team

Our team consists of experienced and certified professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service and results-driven training programs. Our team includes:

  • "Doc" Dr. Kyle True: A Doctor of Chiropractic with a Master's degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. Dr. True has over 13 years of experience in patient care, athletic performances, and sports injuries.
  • Coach Kal: A sports performance athlete with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University. Kal has interned for I.U. Strength & Conditioning and is working towards her NCSA-CSCS certification.
  • Coach Ashton: A strength coach with a specialization in strength training for runners to improve performance and prevent injuries. Ashton is working towards her NASM Personal Training certification.
  • Coach Alecea: A certified personal trainer with an Associate's degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. Alecea has certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
  • Coach Wade: A graduate of Ivy Tech Community College with a degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. Wade is working towards his certification as a personal trainer and leads group exercise classes and coaches clients.
  • Coach Paul: An NSCA-certified personal trainer with a Bachelor's degree from Goshen College. Paul works in all programs at Force and is dedicated to connecting his clients on a meaningful level.
  • Coach Alex: A certified personal trainer who has immersed herself in yoga and coaching. Alex manages group training and provides personalized training programs.
