Our Story

Tao Yuan is the culmination of the culinary expertise of Chef/Owner Cara Stadler and her mother, Cecile Stadler. With a career spanning over two decades, Cara has honed her skills in some of the world's top restaurants, including Guy Savoy's two-Michelin star restaurant in Versailles, and has worked alongside some of the world's most renowned chefs. Cara's passion for culinary innovation and perfection is reflected in every dish on our menu.
