Our firm specializes in designing residential and commercial projects for clients in northern California. Our Team

Our team is comprised of talented and dedicated professionals who share a passion for creating meaningful spaces. Led by Principal Robert Baumann, our team includes experienced architects, project managers, and designers who are committed to delivering exceptional results.

Robert Baumann, Principal, studied architecture and fine art at the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence. With over 20 years of experience, Robert has helped create an array of custom residential and commercial projects. He is a registered architect in Maryland, Colorado, and California and enjoys sketching, painting, and creating sand sculptures with his family.

Alden Marsh, Project Coordinator, has practiced for over 20 years throughout the San Francisco Bay area. He combines carpentry experience and design talent to create a strong expertise in design development and detailing.

Cory Abston, Project Manager, is a 2011 graduate in Design Technology from American River College. His ability to learn quickly and stay on task makes him a valuable part of our team.

Carol Blampied, Project Manager/Interior Designer, is a graduate of the Interior Design program at Oregon State University. Her experience with interiors projects has helped us grow our own interior design department, while her eagerness to learn furthered her knowledge of the architectural side of design.

Tiffany Baumann, Accounting/Human Resources, tackles the bookkeeping and Human Resources in the office, drawing on her background in the hospitality industry. When she is not in the office, she can often be found in her art studio.

Dawn Denkin, Office Manager/Administrator, brings over 20 years of administrative experience to her role as office manager. She is new to the architectural world and is enjoying watching each project's transformation from the beginning to the end.

Tina Tedesco, Social Media/Marketing, uses her experience in web and graphic design to help guide her work handling our social media accounts and design of the marketing materials. In her free time, Tina is an artist specializing in abstract painting, she also teaches herbal classes and makes her own herbal products.
