William Yetke Real Estate Consultants & Appraisers is a renowned appraisal firm that has been providing real estate valuation services since 1980. With a rich history, we have successfully completed appraisal assignments for various types of properties including commercial, multi-family, office, retail, industrial, shopping centers, vacant land, special purpose, and institutional properties. Our services have been utilized by a diverse range of clients, including investors, individuals, lenders, businesses, federal, state, county, and local governments, non-profit organizations, institutions, lawyers, and real estate professionals.

Our primary focus is on the Philadelphia metropolitan area, but we have also completed assignments throughout the United States. We understand the importance of accurate valuations for various purposes such as investment decisions, financing and refinancing, estate planning, tax appeals, litigation, and appraisal reviews. Our expertise includes appraising ownership interests like fee simple, leased fee, and leasehold interests, easements, and partial interests.

The Team

At the helm of our firm is William S. Yetke, Principal, MAI, SRA. With over 50 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Yetke has performed valuation assignments for all types of properties and ownership interests. He holds the MAI and SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a certified general appraiser in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Mr. Yetke is also a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania and an active member of various professional organizations.

In addition to Mr. Yetke, we have Hajra Khan, Appraiser Assistant, who assists in all aspects of the appraisal process. She has a strong interest in real estate finance and investment areas and holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Appalachian State University.
