Since 2004, SSH Real Estate's Investments Division has acquired and developed, with its partners, a portfolio of properties totaling over 4 million square feet throughout the Philadelphia region. Since 1952, SSH Real Estate's brokerage division has been an established leader in the Philadelphia region in Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, and Investment Sales. Property Management

The SSH Real Estate Property Management Division is comprised of over 45 employees who manage approximately 6 million square feet of commercial and residential space. Our focus is on office buildings in Center City Philadelphia. We offer property management services that include property maintenance, financial reporting, and tenant relations. Our goal is to ensure that properties are well-maintained and that our clients receive maximum returns on their investments.

SSH's Advantage Maintenance Services provides effective and reliable maintenance services to our clients. We service all asset types, including office, industrial, flex, retail, and medical properties. Our maintenance services include routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and capital improvements.
