Our Expert Trainers

Our team of dedicated instructors are passionate about sharing the benefits of Pilates with you. Everyone benefits from Pilates training, regardless of age or fitness level. Core strength is essential for maintaining posture, balance, functional movement, and a healthy, pliable body. Our trainers are certified in various disciplines, including Pilates, Yoga, cycling, and group exercise. They have years of experience working with clients of all fitness levels and are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.

Sharon George

Sharon has been in the fitness field for over 35 years, instructing group exercise and offering personal training at several facilities in the Ventura County area. She is certified with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Sharon has been a fitness instructor and trainer with the U.S. military for more than 20 years and has enjoyed helping people reach their fitness goals. She believes that Pilates will dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels, and performs, and she is committed to giving you the tools and coaching you need to retrain your biomechanics, eliminate pain, and achieve total body wellness.

Kim Damato

Kim is a certified mat Pilates and Pilates apparatus instructor with over 15 years of experience. She is also a R.Y.T Yoga Alliance instructor with over 18 years of experience. By combining her Yoga background with her Pilates knowledge of working with injuries and modifications, Kim creates a safe plan for strengthening, rebalancing, and toning the entire body while connecting the body, mind, and spirit through your practice.

Heidi K. Stok

Heidi has been a certified mat Pilates and Pilates apparatus instructor for over 15 years and a R.Y.T Yoga Alliance instructor for over 18 years. She believes that by combining her Yoga background with her Pilates knowledge of working with injuries and modifications, she can create a safe plan for strengthening, rebalancing, and toning the entire body while connecting the body, mind, and spirit through your practice.
