Casey Zienin is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFNA Certified Personal Trainer, and Pro-Natal Pre and Postnatal Certified Trainer. She is passionate about fitness and has a mission to share her knowledge and expertise with others. With a background as a Division 1 NCAA Athlete and Professional Runner, Casey understands the importance of balance and mindfulness in achieving true health and fitness.
