Training Programs

We offer a variety of training programs to cater to different needs and goals. Our training programs include:

  • Personal Training: One-on-one, individualized private training sessions that focus on friendly competition and individualized attention.
  • Fit Camps: Group training sessions designed for all fitness levels and abilities, incorporating anaerobic exercise and aerobic exercises.
  • Indoor Sessions: Indoor workouts located at our home gym, focusing on HIIT-style workouts with the goal of gaining muscle strength and stamina.
  • Outdoor Sessions: Outdoor workouts held at various locations, incorporating aerobic and anaerobic exercises, strength training, and exercises that cater to all fitness levels and abilities.

Venues

We train at various venues, including:

  • Arroyo Verde Park: A beautiful outdoor location that offers trails for warming up and cooling down.
  • Larrabee Stadium at Ventura High School: A location that incorporates both aerobic and anaerobic exercises, using the stadium's track and field.
  • Ventura Pier (Beach day): A seasonal location that offers a cardiovascular-driven workout with strength training and exercises overlooking the beach.
  • SULphur Mountain Trail & Harmon Canyon Trail: A challenging trail workout that we can modify to suit individual levels and abilities.
  • DATA (De Anza Technical Academy): A location that focuses on upper body strengthening exercises using the equipment provided.

Trainers

Our trainers are highly qualified and equipped to train individuals with injuries or those who are new to exercise. Our training philosophy is centered around providing genuine care and motivation to help individuals achieve their fitness goals.
