As a co-owner of Pasta Mia, Chef Jose brings his signature dishes and classic Italian meals made with top quality, fresh ingredients. Our restaurant is located in the Northridge Mall Food Court, Salinas, CA, and is open daily from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Catering

We understand that sometimes the best way to enjoy a meal is with family and friends at home. That's why we offer catering services for parties of up to 1000 people. Our team, led by Chef Jose and co-owner Ernie Amorim, will work with you to create a menu that suits your taste and occasion.

Our Facilities

At Pasta Mia, we have a main dining room that can accommodate 35 people, a lovely banquet room for 25 more, and a year-round heated patio that seats 35. Whether you're planning a family gathering or a romantic evening, we have the perfect setting for you.
