Professionalism and Attention to Detail
True Flavors has received rave reviews for its professionalism and attention to detail. Nichole, the culinary sales manager, was praised for her expertise and seamless planning process. The team's ability to handle last-minute changes and inclement weather was impressive. The staff, including Lily and Margarita, were described as delightful and presented the food beautifully.
Customization and Creativity

Poor Service and Communication

The bartenders were not provided with the specialty cocktails' recipes, and the appetizer trays were not moved, resulting in wasted food. The dinner service was also slow.
