Our Story

KR's Geaux-2 Catering is the brainchild of Keith "KR" Raggette, a retired Air Force veteran with a passion for cooking. With over 40 years of culinary experience, KR has honed his skills through formal training at St. Phillip's College Culinary School and extensive experience in the restaurant and catering industry. His passion for cooking began in his childhood, learning traditional family recipes from his mother and grandmothers. KR's inspiration comes from his Creole, Cajun, and Southern heritage, and he is dedicated to preserving the rich culinary traditions of the American South.
