Howard Civil Engineering was founded in 2005 by Trevor Howard, a Professional Civil Engineer. The model of our business is a civil engineering rendition of the Four Pillars of Wisdom: Thorough Needs Assessment, Adept Permitting Oversight, Good Team Coordination, and Fast Service Delivery. We have successfully completed numerous projects globally, including those in the Southeastern United States, Central America, and Africa.
